The hotel offers a unique experience, allowing guests to park their car on the other side of the river and take a ferry to the Bastei bridge. the location is next to the Elbe river with a beautiful view of the Bastei mountains. the rooms are comfortable and modern, with some offering a balcony. the breakfast is excellent with friendly staff, and they also have a swimming pool and spa facilities.

The smoking area under the hotel's open windows was disturbing for some guests.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the surrounding mountains and hiking trails. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of dishes and the restaurant offered great food at reasonable prices. the spa area was also a nice bonus for relaxing after a long day of hiking.

The value for money at this hotel was not ideal, compared to national and international standards. the quality of the food was mediocre, with some dishes overcooked.

We loved the location of this hotel, right by the beautiful Elbe River. We were able to park our car on the other side of the river and take the free ferry across to the hotel - a unique experience! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet had many delicious options.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location of this place is simply breathtaking. Being right in front of the river and with the ferry stop just a stone's throw away, it was so convenient to explore the scenic surroundings. We couldn't get enough of the stunning views of the river and the Bastei mountains from our balcony.

Great riverside location with beautiful views. Sauna is fantastically relaxing after a day of exploring the mountains. Helpful and friendly staff who offer an excellent breakfast.

Limited language options on the TV, which can be a problem for non-German speakers. Some guests experienced small rooms and a lack of seating.
